Terms and Conditions

Stall Booking Terms and Conditions:

  1. Applicants are obliged to carefully read the provided packages and conditions, complete the form with accurate information, and affix their seal and signature.
  2. Complete the necessary attachments along with the provided form.
  3. Registration is considered finalized upon full payment; otherwise, it will remain incomplete.
  4. The requested services will be carried out after the completion of the full payment.
  5. The responsibility for transfer costs and customs tariffs until the delivery of goods to the hub rests with the applicants. In case of a request, the hub may cooperate.
  6. In the event of contract termination by applicant before the commencement of services, a deduction of 30% of the total costs will be applicable. Once the services have commenced, no refunds will be issued.
  7. Asia Food Hub is obligated to perform the mentioned services at the specified time.
  8. The Hub and the applicants are obliged to comply with the laws of Oman Sultanate, International business laws, procedures and existing rules of the country.
  9. The service time is after moving the goods in the display booth.
  10. In the event that a supplier, registered with Asia Food Hub, successfully secures a franchise agreement with a buyer during the term of their one-year service, Asia Food Hub reserves the right to terminate the services provided to the said supplier. Upon termination, the supplier’s stall space will be allocated to another eligible supplier. Asia Food Hub will no longer be obligated to provide promotional services or support to the terminated supplier, as they have transitioned into a franchise agreement.
  11. The applicant acknowledges that Asia Food Hub reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration at its discretion, without providing a reason. In such cases, any payments made by the applicant will be refunded in full.
  12. The applicant agrees to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by Asia Food Hub regarding stall setup, product display, and conduct within the premises. Failure to comply may result in the termination of services without a refund.
  13. Any changes or modifications to the registered information must be communicated to Asia Food Hub in writing at least 7 working days before the commencement of services.
  14. Asia Food Hub shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or acts of terrorism.
  15. The applicant acknowledges and agrees that Asia Food Hub may use their company name, logo, and product images for marketing and promotional purposes, both online and offline, unless otherwise specified in writing.
  16. Any disputes arising from or related to the registration and provision of services shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If no resolution can be reached, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman Sultanate.
  17. Asia Food Hub reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the applicant to review the terms periodically for any changes.
  18. The applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined herein upon submission of the registration form.
